The construction of a highly versatile, easy to use, and safe building was sought by sealing off each section and employing a modular structure
Maintenance is simplified, since all equipment can be maintained without personnel needing to enter into the clean areas
Running costs are reduced by using a function that varies the ventilation rate for the air conditioning, inverter-controlled freezers, lighting control using human sensors, and insulated outside walls
Good communication is ensured among employees through the arrangement of office and community spaces taking the advantage of the bright atrium
